The Head Start Training Package is a calendar year subscription for your entire Head Start and Early Head Start Program staff, providing over fifteen hours of live training throughout the year and on-demand access to the Head Start webinar library. plus special pricing on additional trainings and resources.

Head Start Webinars
Most months, we host a 90-minute webinar on a different Head Start topic. These webinars provide ongoing professional educational opportunities on key issues important to your programs. You can see a schedule of this year's webinars by clicking the 'Agenda' tab above. (Value: up to $3,300)
On-Demand Training Library
Your organization will have access to on-demand recordings of all of the webinars in our Head Start Webinar Library (series are not included). A list of webinars available to you can be found on the Head Start Practice Area page. (Value: up to $4,500)
Training Discounts
Enhance your professional development with workshops and training series. You and your colleagues are eligible for 10% off each registration for FTLF’s Annual Head Start Leadership Conference. There is no limit to the number of registrations you may use the discount for, but registrations are per individual, not per organization.
The Head Start Governance Training Series offers comprehensive Governance and Policy Council training in both English and Spanish. Also discounted is our four-part ERSEA FAQs series, which walks you through all sections of ERSEA requirements. Head Start Programs that have purchased the Head Start Training Package will receive 20% discounts on both of these popular items.
Federal Grant Management Toolkit Pricing
Head Start Training Package holders receive 50% off the Federal Grant Management Toolkit, designed to help guide both new and experienced grantees through the rules of the federal grant system. The toolkit includes detailed narrative discussions of important grant management requirements, customizable sample policies and procedures, and ready-to-use checklists. Industry Updates and Resources
In addition to the monthly and on-demand Head Start webinars, package holders will receive complimentary access to Industry Update webinars and other resources that provide timely advice in emerging risk areas and legal/regulatory changes.
There are no continuing education credits associated with this package.
Certificates of Attendance: We verify attendance upon completion of a webinar (live or recorded version) and will only issue certificates in the name of the account holder enrolled in the course. If you need to document attendance for someone other than the account holder, we provide blank Certificates of Attendance for a supervisor to sign and certify that a different individual viewed the course.
As a Head Start Training Package holder, if you need a certificate of attendance for a webinar, you must use the promo code to register for and enroll in the specific webinar (live or recorded version). Due to the nature of this particular course page, we are unable to verify completion of the recordings embedded here and cannot issue a certificate.
Group attendance: Due to the online nature of webinars, we cannot verify participation by more than one person. For groups, we provide an attendance record form and blank Certificates of Attendance to record attendance at a group viewing session and document each individual's participation.

APPROVAL PROCESS
We only allow Head Start organizations to purchase this subscription. As a result, we must review and approve all orders to verify eligibility. We review and approve orders as quickly as possible, but there are occasional delays; please allow 3-5 business days for approval. If you are not a Head Start organization, but are interested in purchasing a subscription, please Contact Us.
ACCESS PERIOD
This subscription is for the 2022 calendar year. By purchasing this subscription, your organization will have access to the Head Start Training Package materials through December 31, 2022. Any updates or additions FTLF makes to these resources are available to you at no extra charge.
PAYMENT BY CHECK
If you wish to pay by check, we will only grant access to your subscription once we receive payment. Please visit our FAQ page for our full Payment Policy.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the services provided in our products, no refunds will be issued for our annual memberships, subscriptions, toolkits, and other products, including but not limited to: the Head Start Training Package, the Health Center Premium Plan, the Federal Grants Training Membership, all Toolkits listed here, and other offerings listed under our Products menu. However, FTLF can transfer the registration to a different account within your organization.
