Payment Information

All online payment transactions for Training Event registrations or other FTLF products, subscription plans, or services are facilitated by third-party, PCI compliant websites. Currently, we use the services of Authorize.net and PayPal. FTLF does not capture, store, or otherwise retain your credit card or bank account information on this Website. 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, FTLF owns copyright for the content presented on this Website or otherwise affiliated with any Training Event marketed on this Website or through an organization partnering with FTLF to provide a product or service. Some of the copyright for the content on this Website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under a license or agreement. Training Events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only, unless otherwise approved by FTLF; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.

FTLF may provide reference materials for your use before, during, or after a Training Event. These may include, but are not limited to, a copy of the presentation slides, a recording of the Training Event, sample documents, templates, and other relevant course materials and resources. All such materials are for personal/non-commercial use only and, unless otherwise noted, remain the intellectual property of FTLF and are protected under the copyright of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP. Any and all such materials must not be modified, republished, or distributed to any third party at any time or in any form without written permission from FTLF.

By creating an account on this Website and/or registering for a Training Event, you consent for your information to be shared with DLC Solutions/EthosCE (registration for all Training Events), GoToWebinar (webinars), Authorize.net (credit card processing), and/or PayPal (credit card and ACH payment processing). Recordings

Some Training Events are recorded. By joining such a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, do not participate in the Training Event.

Web-based Training Event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. Software can be manually downloaded by visiting the GoTo Webinar support page. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.

Data security and disclosure to third parties

We may disclose your personal information if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FTLF, our clients, or others. We will not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties, except as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
