HOW DO I SHOW THAT I ATTENDED A WEBINAR?
Our Certificate of Attendance documents your participation in one of our webinars. Due to the online nature of webinars, we will only issue certificates in the name of the account holder registered for the webinar. We do provide blank Certificates of Attendance if you need to document attendance for someone other than the account holder, but FTLF cannot verify their participation.
DOES THIS COUNT FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS?
Our Certificate of Attendance is not proof of continuing professional education (CPE) credits, though many FTLF courses do qualify for CPE credits.
In some cases, this Certificate of Attendance may qualify as written proof of attendance for continuing education units in a certain program. We recommend that you check with your specific licensure program in your state to verify documentation requirements.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE?
After you successfully complete a webinar, a Certificate of Attendance will be available to download and print from your account. To access, login to your account and click on the My Training tab. Next, select the Completed Activities tab to view a list of all courses that you have completed. Under the Certificate heading, any webinar you have completed will have a link to a Certificate of Attendance; click Download to access the certificate.
CAN I PRINT ANOTHER CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE?
Yes. All of your certificates from FTLF events are stored in your account and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection and printed anytime, as many times as you wish, at no cost.
For easy reference, a transcript of your entire course history and any certificates earned for FTLF courses are also maintained in your Learning Center account.
CAN I DOCUMENT ATTENDANCE FOR A GROUP?
Yes. We provide a blank Certificate of Attendance and a Record of Attendance Form for your own record keeping; together, these forms can certify group attendance.
Each FTLF webinar includes a blank Certificate of Attendance that may be printed and used to document the participation of any attendees who viewed it in addition to the account holder. Our Record of Attendance Form allows for you to list several individuals as well as a witness to sign and certify the group’s attendance.

CAN I ADD CREDITS FROM OTHER ORGANIZATIONS?
Yes. FTLF cannot verify credits or certificates from other organizations, but you can add those credits to your account here to maintain a complete transcript for your records.
To do this, login to your account and click on the My Account section at the top left-hand corner of the page. Under the My Activities tab, select External Credits and click Add Credits. Next, enter the course name, date completed, credit type, and credit hours earned; you may also upload a copy of any related certificates.
