(Recorded Webinar) Recent Developments with Contract Pharmacies and Other 340B Updates

Congress and the Trump Administration continue to shine a spotlight on 340B. On July 3rd, the Health Subcommittee of the House Energy & Commerce Committee announced a hearing entitled, “Opportunities to Improve the 340B Drug Pricing Program” with 15 draft bills related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program accompanied the hearing notice. Additionally, the Government Accountability Office published a report focused on 340B contract pharmacy arrangements, the Office of Pharmacy Affairs announced “spot checks” of contract pharmacy agreements, and the White House released a “blueprint” to lower drug prices. FTLF attorneys will provide an overview of these recent developments and other events in the 340B Discount Drug Pricing Program. Live webinar participants will be able to ask FTLF attorneys their questions and get real-time answers.
