Handling Matching (or Non-Federal) Share (January 2016)

Head Start programs are required to provide a 20% match of non-federal funds for the operation of their programs. This match (or ""non-federal share"") applies to Head Start and Early Head Start funds. Year in and year out, non-federal share is an ongoing trouble area for programs.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds are provided for recorded webinars.  FTLF can accommodate transferring the registration to someone else within your organization or transferring the registration to another on-demand or upcoming live webinar provided that the webinar has not been viewed.
