HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
To create an account on the FTLF Learning Center:
- Click Log In in the top right hand corner of this page
- Click Create New Account
- Fill in the required information (name, organization, email, phone number, etc.)
- Click Create Account
Once you have successfully created an account, you will receive a confirmation message welcoming you and can immediately begin searching and registering for trainings.
DOES MY PEACH ACCOUNT STILL WORK?
Not for FTLF trainings. If you had an account on any of our previous platforms, you will need to create a new account here to register for and access our training programs going forward. This includes accounts on FTLF.PeachNewMedia.com, HeadStart.PeachNewMedia.com, or with healthcentercompliance.com.
HOW DO I LOG IN?
You can log on to the FTLF Training site anytime from any computer with internet access. Navigate to learning.ftlf.com, then click Log In at the top right corner of the page, and enter your username and password.
DOES IT MATTER WHICH INTERNET BROWSER I USE?
It can. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the preferred browsers and work best with our site.
Some Internet Explorer users have reported issues logging into the FTLF Learning Center. If you must use Internet Explorer and receive an Invalid Session error when you try to log in, close Internet Explorer to clear the cookies, reopen Internet Explorer, and log in again.
HOW DO I RETRIEVE A FORGOTTEN USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
If you forget your username, please Contact Us and we can provide it to you. As with most websites, our system does not allow us to see your password for security purposes. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. Contact Us if you need further assistance.
Sometimes, automatic emails like this can get caught in spam filters or other email blocking programs with heightened security. Please be sure that messages from firstname.lastname@example.org or from the domains ftlf.com, learning.ftlf.com, and feldesmantucker.com are approved or "whitelisted." You may need to ask your IT Department to specifically approve our email address and domain names for our message to be delivered to your inbox.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION?
To edit your personal information, log in to your account, click My Account on the top menu bar on the page, and select Edit when your account information loads. Once you make any desired changes, hit Save before you log out to ensure the changes are saved to our system.
