Recorded Summertime Series: Essential Compliance and Risk Management Policies and Procedures for Health Centers

Recorded: August 2022

Join FTLF attorneys Molly Evans and Dianne Pledgie as they address the requirements and best practices related to three essential compliance and risk management policies and procedures for health centers: Exclusion and Debarment Screening, Drug-free Workplace Act, and Social Media.

In each webinar, Molly and Dianne will discuss the legal requirements behind the policies and procedures, how the requirements apply to and impact health centers, and best practices for developing and implementing your health center’s policy and procedure. Molly and Dianne will also respond to the top questions they have received from Premium Plan subscribers over the past year. Attendees may also submit questions in advance by emailing mevans@ftlf.com and/or dpledgie@ftlf.com with the webinar title in the subject line.

Attendees who are new to compliance and risk management may find it helpful to review FTLF’s 2021 webinar, Compliance Program Policies and Procedures: Basics and Best Practices, which is available for purchase here and is included for Premium Plan subscribers in the Webinar Library.
