Top Ten Tips for OSV Prep
HRSA uses Operational Site Visits (OSVs) to monitor health centers and assess their compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Health Center Program. In circumstances where HRSA determines that a health center has failed to demonstrate compliance with one or more of the Health Center Program requirements, HRSA will place a condition on the award/look-alike designation, thereby commencing the progressive action process. Given the potentially significant ramifications for non-compliance, and given the sheer volume of requirements that must be addressed and satisfied during an OSV, it is critical that health centers closely review the Compliance Manual and actively prepare for the OSV.
Based on FTLF attorneys’ extensive experience assisting health centers with their OSVs, including responding to conditions, this webinar will highlight the top 10 tips to prepare for your OSV, including information regarding requirements that frequently result in conditions, documentation suggestions, and resources for Board members. The webinar will also outline the provisions that must be included in-scope referral and contract agreements.
The On-Demand version of this webinar will be available for purchase after the conclusion of the live webinar.
