The Compliance and Risk Management Academy is a year-long learning initiative for health center professionals working in the areas of compliance and risk management.  Together, CHCANYS and FTLF will guide participants through a four-part series of interactive, virtual meetings.

In the past year, health centers received supplemental funding through a variety of funding streams (including supplemental grant funding, Provider Relief Fund funding and Paycheck Protection Program loans), substantive revisions were made to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance) and the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) issued audit reports related to health center grants.  This webinar will highlight the changes and compliance challenges for health centers related to federal funding with presenters suggesting areas and activities to include in your health center’s 2021 work plan.
