Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates – Updates on the Legal and Compliance Challenges

January 13, 2022

Since federal vaccine mandates were announced in September 2021, the mandates have faced a series of legal challenges. Health centers and other health care providers have faced a host of compliance challenges. In this webinar, we will provide an update on the legal challenges, including reflections on the January 7th Supreme Court arguments on the CMS and OSHA vaccine mandates. We will also discuss how health centers should respond to the December 28th guidance from CMS on enforcement of its vaccine mandate, including the updated compliance deadlines. We will also discuss the current status of OSHA’s COVID-19 Healthcare ETS.

The On-Demand version of this webinar will be available for purchase one week after the conclusion of the live webinar.
