Is your health center interested in hands-on assistance in developing, implementing, and managing its compliance program? Starting this spring, the Compliance Learning Collaborative will guide health centers through:

• Assessment of your current compliance program to identify strengths and weaknesses, with document review by FTLF attorneys;
• Development of an individualized work plan to respond to any identified weaknesses in your compliance program;
• Eight weeks of compliance program webinars focused on the elements of a compliance program and risk assessment strategies, including group discussion and examples from participating health centers;
• Ten hours of additional compliance program support to be used for individual policy revisions, presentations to your health center’s management team or Board, or compliance officer coaching.
