Handling Procurements and Contracts in Head Start Post- Uniform Guidance Implementation (April 2016)

The implementation of the Uniform Guidance has resulted in additional procurements requirements for purchased made with Federal grant funds.  These requirements ensure that grantees conduct competitive procurements, performing cost and price analyses, and avoiding conflicts of interest.  In this webinar, we will review the new procurement requirements at each threshold so that organizations do not have cost disallowances.
