Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and attendance (ERSEA) and Program Design Under the New HSPPS

In September 2016, the Office of Head Start released the first comprehensive revision and restructuring of the Head Start regulations since 1975.  The new Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) give grantees unprecedented flexibility.  To take advantage of that flexibility you have to know the rules.

Our attorneys have used our extensive Head Start experience to develop a webinar series to help you learn the rules.  Get a lawyer’s take on how to innovate and stay compliant under the HSPPS in regards to ERSEA and program design by joining us for our this webinar addressing these historic changes!
