Procurement Standards: Update

October 23, 2018

The “procurement standards” of the Uniform Guidance set forth certain procedures with which recipients of grants and cooperative agreements must comply when contracting for property and services. This webinar discusses the various requirements applicable to purchases above and below the $10,000 micro-purchase and $250,000 simplified acquisition thresholds set forth in the Uniform Guidance (as recently updated by the Office of Management and Budget). In particular, FTLF attorney and Partner, Scott Sheffler, addresses the requirements for obtaining competition, the rules applicable to sole source procurements, and ways to efficiently operationalize these requirements in day-to-day procurement activities.
