Duration: 70 minutes
Recorded on: 12/1/2021

Under Executive Order 14042, Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, federal contractors, subcontractors, and others participating in “contract-like” arrangements are subject to far-reaching obligations relating to vaccines and workplace safety requirements. With the expansive scope and complexity of the implementing guidance, rapid timelines, and seeming overlap with similar new OSHA-based requirements, entities that do business with the federal government have many questions. In this webinar, FTLF attorneys will provide a concise explanation of the key components of E.O. 14042 and the implementing guidance issued by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force (“SFWTF”). This webinar will address the scope and nature of the obligations, the interplay with other vaccine requirements, and related employment law considerations, with an eye toward devising efficient compliance strategies.

Target Audience

  • Federal contractor compliance staff
  • Financial management and contracting personnel
  • HR managers within organizations that hold federal procurement contracts or “contract-like” instruments
  • Federal grantees that also perform federal procurement contracts or maintain other “contract-like” relationships with federal agencies
