The procurement standards of the Uniform Guidance set forth certain procedures with which recipients of grants and cooperative agreements must comply when contracting for property and services.

This webinar will discuss key requirements applicable to purchases above and below the $10,000 micro-purchase and $250,000 simplified acquisition thresholds set forth in the Uniform Guidance (as recently updated by the Office of Management and Budget), including:
