Join FTLF attorneys Ted Waters and Scott Sheffler in Washington, DC for a two-day examination of the key grant management requirements applicable to Health Centers program (Section 330) grants. Among other issues critical to managing Health Center Program funding streams, this in-depth two day training covers special treatment of program income treatment, Health Center budgeting strategies and considerations, managing Health Center subaward relationships, and key cost allowability issues (including Appropriations Act limitations on salaries and certain healthcare activities as well as time and effort documentation requirements). TED WATERS

Serving as Managing Partner of the firm since 2003, and a member of the Health Law and Federal Grants practices since 1992, Ted is a national authority in the area of federal grants, particularly in the health and community service spheres. A Partner with the firm in the Federal Grants and Health Law practice groups, Scott advises clients on matters of federal grant law, government contract law, and health care law.  Scott assists clients with the myriad requirements that apply upon acceptance of federal grant funding, including the administrative requirements and cost principles established in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars that preceded the Uniform Guidance, and program-specific statutory and regulatory funding conditions. We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, and check. Payment for any live training is due upon registration. If payment is not received in full prior to the start of the event, FTLF reserves the right to cancel your order and deny you entrance to the training.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing at learning@ftlf.com. Requests for refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

  • Requests received 30 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Requests received between 11 to 29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Requests received within 10 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
