(Recorded Webinar) Federal Grants Legal Update 2019

Enrollment for this course is closed. If you are interested in this topic, please see our 2020 Update and 2021 Update.

Each year there are numerous judicial, legislative, and administrative decisions that address all aspects of federal grant law. These decisions shape the way the law is interpreted and ultimately applied by federal grantees.

FTLF monitors these decisions to assess the impact on grantees and identify emerging trends. In this webinar, we will provide an overview of key grants rulings from the past year, discuss how these decisions impact federal grantees, and identify key take-aways for your organization.
