(On-Demand Webinar) Procurement Standards
The “procurement standards” of the Uniform Guidance set forth certain procedures with which recipients of grants and cooperative agreements must comply when contracting for property and services. This webinar discusses the various requirements applicable to purchases above and below the $3,500 and $150,000 thresholds set forth in the Uniform Guidance. In particular, FTLF attorney and Partner, Scott Sheffler, addresses the requirements for obtaining competition, the rules applicable to sole source procurements, and ways to efficiently operationalize these requirements in day to day procurement activities.
