Duration: 75 minutes
Webinar recorded on: 4/28/2020

In ongoing work on the front lines of COVID-19 response, health centers have had to develop new and innovative ways to take care of patients and broader communities. From virtual visits to participating in Emergency Room diversion and medical surges, health centers have had to extend well beyond the boundaries of “traditional” health center activities.

While developing these new approaches to care, on an almost daily basis, health centers are also trying to ensure that they maintain FTCA coverage for themselves, their employees, and any qualified contractors.

In this interactive webinar, we will explore FTCA coverage for various COVID-19 related activities and discuss how you can best safeguard malpractice liability protection for your health center and staff members in these unusual times. We will offer practical tips to protect FTCA coverage as you continue to remain nimble in your response to this pandemic.
