(Recorded Webinar) Scope of Project & FTCA (November 2017)

This webinar will focus on the “nuts and bolts” of scope and the way in which scope is defined impacts FTCA coverage.  How do the elements of scope frame your FTCA coverage?  What guidance has HRSA issued to assist in those determinations?  For example, in looking at whether a health center that provides additional dental services has FTCA coverage for oral surgery, the starting point should be determining whether the particular service and the site at which it is provided are in-scope.  Where should the health center look to determine if these services are in scope?  Is additional action required to get the services in scope?

Join FTLF Partner Marcie Zakheim as she discusses scope related issues and its impact on FTCA coverage.
