(Recorded Webinar) An Overview of the FTCA Redeeming Application for CY 2023

This course is closed to new enrollments. If you are interested in FTCA trainings, please see our FTCA Practice page.

Duration: 55 minutes
Recorded on: 4/6/2022

Nearly all health centers take part in the professional liability protection offered under the Federal Tort Claims Act program.  From submitting the initial application to be “deemed” to implementing the program components and preparing for a site visit, the FTCA program can be complicated and confusing. Failing to comply with the FTCA program requirements can be costly for health centers and providers who can be left without any malpractice insurance.

In this webinar, we will walk through the CY 2023 Program Assistance Letter (PAL) and discuss:

  • How to submit an FTCA deeming application
  • Significant changes to the application from prior years
  • Strategies and best practices in preparing the application
  • Common application pitfalls

Please note: This webinar is offered as a complimentary product to all 2022 Health Center Compliance Premium Plan Subscribers. For more information on our Premium Plan, click here or Contact Us.
