While organizations generally understand that the ADA requires an employer to provide a reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities who are employees or applicants for employment, they don’t truly grasp the fundamental requirements of the ADA, such as:

- Can I ask a job applicant to tell me about their disability and, if so, what questions are permissible under the ADA?
In this 2-part webinar series, we will help you navigate through the fundamental and essential requirements of the ADA. We will identify some of the common pitfalls that arise under the ADA and walk you through the best practices to ensure that your organization satisfies its compliance obligations. And, we will discuss how you can establish an ADA policy that will help your organization manage its ADA request process and reduce its potential liabilities.
