What Should I Do if I Registered Under the Wrong Account?

If you registered for a training under a colleague’s name (or registered a colleague under your name), and are not the individual who will be participating in the training, please contact us with the following information for the correct registrant(s):

  • First and Last Name
  • Title
  • Organization
  • Email address

I Have a Special Accommodation, What Should I Do?

Let us know as soon as possible if you have any food allergies, accessibility needs, or require any other special accommodations. We ask for at least ten business days’ notice of any specific requests prior to the training; otherwise, we cannot guarantee full accommodation, though we will make best efforts. 

Do You Have Any Recommendations for Hotels?

You can find our recommendation under the Venue tab on the course page for your training. If visiting our Washington D.C. office, you can view our list of recommended hotels under the Travel and Accommodations FAQs.

What Is the Dress Code?

We ask that you dress in business casual attire for our trainings. As the room temperature can fluctuate, we recommend you bring layers.

What Do I Need to Bring?

You may wish to bring a laptop or tablet to take notes. We also recommend bringing business cards for networking with our attorneys and other attendees.

How Do I Access Workshop Materials?

All materials are distributed electronically. For six months after your workshop, you will have access to electronic copies of the course materials and any additional resources identified during the training. If your access period ends and you need more time, contact us.

To access course materials: 

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on ‘My Training’ 
  • Select the training from your activities list (you may have to toggle between your ‘Completed’ and ‘Pending’ activities to find the training)
  • Click ‘Take Course’
  • Click ‘Start Course’
  • Open the ‘Course Materials’ tab in the ‘Course Progress’ bar on the left-hand side of the page
  • Click ‘Review’
  • Click on each linked file to download the materials

In accordance with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, these materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share the materials within your own organization, but not with anyone outside your organization. Unless otherwise noted in the materials, you are prohibited from modifying, copying, and/or distributing any FTLF materials to a third party without our written permission.

Will Breakfast And/or Lunch Be Served?

For In-Person workshops, continental breakfast will be available each day of the training. Lunch will be served each full day of the training, as noted on the agenda. If you have any food allergies, please contact us at least fourteen business days in advance of the training.

What Is the Cancellation Policy for Live Trainings?

All cancellation requests must be received in writing at training@feldesman.com. Requests for refunds will be granted according to the schedule outlined in our Cancellation Policies.

Can I Transfer to a Different Training?

Space permitting, we grant transfers between workshops according to the schedule and requirements outlined in our Cancellation Policies

Is There a Group Discount?

We offer at least a 10% discount off each registration fee for groups of three or more. If you are interested in registering a significantly larger group or would like to discuss hosting a dedicated training for your organization, contact us about pricing. 

How Do I Register and Pay for a Group?

If you are registering three or more individuals for a training, contact us. Our system does not allow users to complete bulk purchases of the same training, so registrations must be processed one by one.
