This webinar will provide lessons from the legacy of ARRA enforcement to help prevent similar problems with the funds disbursed as a result of COVID-19. There are universal lessons learned during ARRA that apply to CARES Act Head Start grantees. We will share and answer frequently asked questions raised by both by grantees and the Office of Inspector General in this area. We will also consider issues raised specific to the audits after public emergency.
