(Recorded Webinar) Corporate Structure and IRS-related Considerations for Non-profit Federal Grantees

Duration: 70 minutes
Recorded on: 12/8/2022

The federal grant management requirements take into account, and are even derived in many ways, from related concepts in federal tax regulations and not-for-profit corporate governance structures. The relationship can often be seen when preparing one’s IRS Form 990 or considering the establishment of a subsidiary for-profit or not-for-profit affiliate. In this webinar, Feldesman partners Scott S. Sheffler and Michael B. Glomb will discuss common areas of overlap and the relationship between the two, including areas where similar terminology may have different meanings or where adopting consistent approaches can simplify practices, and where transactions with affiliates may have additional implications.
