Duration: 90 minutes
Webinar recorded on: 8/24/2020

On January 22, 2020, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued proposed revisions to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). We previously wrote about noteworthy items in the proposed rule here.

Those changes have arrived and were published in the Federal Register on August 13, 2020. The final guidance is available here and you can download a pdf copy here.

This is the first major substantive revision to the Uniform Guidance since 2014. FTLF attorneys are conducting a thorough examination of the changes and will be releasing a more substantive review on our Federal Grants blog soon.

On this webinar, we will share our observations on the key revisions, highlight particularly impactful changes, and discuss the likely implications for grantees.
