OIG Year in Review 2017 (12/14/17)

From its issuance of compliance guidance documents to its investigations of alleged fraud and abuse and oversight of federal grant programs, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provides both the carrot and the stick when it comes to fighting waste, fraud and abuse in federal health care programs.

This webinar will provide an overview of the OIG, its authorities, the organization of its activities within the OIG, and a review of the latest enforcement actions. The webinar will also address how to integrate OIG’s Work Plan activities into your health center's compliance work plan.
