HRSA Program Compliance: Latest Developments and "Hot" Issues

September 26, 2018

The Health Center Program Compliance Manual and Site Visit Protocol provide a new approach to everyday and ongoing compliance. Combined, the Manual and Protocol offer streamlined guidance on health center program compliance by addressing:

  • The elements of each program requirement;
  • Required documentation for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; and
  • Explicit areas of health center discretion and flexibility.

As with anything new, challenges have arisen in the year since the Manual became effective. This webinar will cover key differences between prior and current HRSA guidance as well as updates to the on-site assessment process. Participants will learn about key hotspots that have emerged from the field and tips to overcome challenges in dealing with grey areas of HRSA compliance.

Whether or not you have an Operational Site Visit or a Service Area  Competition application on the horizon, this a must-attend webinar for health center management and staff. Given the potential consequences of non-compliance (including one-year project periods potential loss of 330 grant funds), it is crucial that every health center be and remain vigilant in establishing and maintaining its enduring HRSA compliance efforts.
