Compliance Work Plans: Identifying, Assessing and Mitigating Risks

December 5, 2022

Access the on-demand webinar here.

Build a better compliance work plan for 2023! A well-designed compliance work plan can support your health center’s Compliance Program by documenting your health center’s response to its compliance risk assessment process, reflecting the commitment of resources (time, staff, money) to address top risk areas, and tracking efforts to mitigate compliance risks.

In this webinar, we’ll review the process for developing a compliance work plan – from identifying potential compliance risk areas for health centers, to assessing your health center’s top risks and developing compliance work plan activities that target those top risk areas. We’ll discuss how health centers can incorporate the Office of the Inspector General (OIG)’s work plan activities, agency enforcement priorities, and anticipated legal and regulatory changes into their work plans for 2023. We’ll also provide tips for keeping your health center’s compliance work plan on track, while responding to emerging compliance risk areas.

Please note: This webinar is offered as a complimentary product to all Health Center Compliance Premium Plan Subscribers. For more information on our Premium Plan, click here or Contact Us.
