Compliance Program Toolkit

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) recommends that all health care entities develop a compliance program that incorporates the OIG’s seven elements into the program structure and that proactively identifies and responds to top compliance risks. The seven elements are:

  1. Compliance Program Structure

  2. Written Compliance Standards

  3. Training and Education

  4. Open Lines of Communication

  5. Monitoring and Auditing

  6. Responding Appropriately to Detected Offenses

  7. Enforcing Disciplinary Standards

FTLF created the Compliance Program Toolkit specifically for health centers. It includes customizable sample policies, procedures, and forms, including:

  • A sample Compliance Plan

  • Sample Board resolutions

  • Training and education agendas

  • Standards of Conduct/Conflict of Interest

  • Reporting Whistleblower Protection Policy

All of the resources in the Compliance Program Toolkit are related to building your compliance program and responding to several top risk areas for health centers, making it an essential resource for health centers looking to create, maintain or improve their compliance program.

*If you previously purchased our Corporate Compliance Toolkit for Health Centers, the Compliance Program Toolkit is comparable to Volume I.
