Preparing Your Compliance and Risk Management Programs for 2021

December 17, 2020

Access the on-demand webinar here.

This year tested health centers.  In particular, it tested their compliance and risk management programs.  Whether the programs were fully implemented or new efforts were being initiated, whether the Compliance Officer and Risk Manager had 20 years or 2 months of experience, and whether there was a work plan in place or only an ever-growing list of questions, the events of 2020 challenged health centers and confirmed the essential role for compliance and risk management programs in health centers.

Join FTLF’s team as they discuss how to take the lessons from 2020 and develop your health center’s compliance and risk management programs for 2021.  Presenters will discuss how to document program accomplishments, identify near-misses and failures and develop more effective, efficient compliance and risk management programs.  Presenters will discuss the expectations for compliance and risk management program evaluation and evolution from the perspective of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).  Presenters will also update attendees on the OIG’s audit and enforcement priorities for 2021.

Please note: This webinar is offered as a complimentary product to all Health Center Compliance Premium Plan Subscribers. For more information on our Premium Plan, click here or Contact Us.
