(Recorded Webinar) Workplace Violence: Strategies to Manage Risks (February 2016)

Workplace violence (WPV) is a recognized hazard in the healthcare industry. WPV is any act or threat of physical violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at the work site. It can affect and involve workers, clients, customers and visitors. Health center employees need to understand that workplace violence is NOT acceptable and must be reported.

This webinar will address  what policies and procedures your health center needs to have in place to address workplace violence and the reporting process.
