This first webinar discusses the basic requirements and compliance obligations of the federal 340B drug discount program as they apply to Ryan White HIV/AIDS program and STD program grantees and subgrantees. The session covers topics, including: patient eligibility, Medicaid billing, contract pharmacy arrangements, and HRSA audit preparedness. This webinar is hosted by FTLF attorney Jason Reddish, who focuses his practice almost entirely on 340B program and Ryan White program issues, and regularly advises 340B program covered entities, and MediraRx, on these and other 340B program compliance and transactional matters.

The second webinar explains how the federal grant concept of “program income” applies to 340B program and other patient revenues received by Ryan White HIV/AIDS program, STD program, and other grantees. The session answers key grantee questions, including: what is program income, how does HRSA interpret it, what are your responsibilities with respect to tracking it, and what are the permissible ways in which you can spend the revenue. This webinar is co-hosted by FTLF attorneys Jason Reddish and Scott Sheffler. Jason focuses his practice almost entirely on 340B program and Ryan White program issues, and regularly advises 340B program covered entities, and MediraRx, on these and other 340B program compliance and transactional matters. Scott focuses on federal grants accounting for a wide range of grantees, including Ryan White program recipients.
