The federal 340B drug discount program is under unprecedented pressure from drug manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers. This session will discuss the 340B compliance implications of that shifting landscape, including protecting the access to 340B program resources you currently enjoy and steps that a health center can take to safeguard access to 340B benefits in the future. The session will also review the latest guidance on complying with HRSA expectations when using 340B drugs within your clinic or dispensing them through in-house and contracted pharmacies.
